Package 4: Basic Math Readiness
Deficits in fundamental skills interfere with the student's ability to think analytically and creatively about real world number problems. Basic skills include math facts, the ability to read and write large numbers, fluency with place value, facility with fractions and decimals, and other similar fundamentals.
This package prepares teachers to improve math basics in 15-20 minutes of instruction and practice each day and is a great way to augment any school's mathematics curriculum. This package will facilitate meeting a primary EALR in math: (1.1 understand and apply concepts and procedures).
